Vocravox End User License Agreement

By installing or using Vocravox ("the Software") you agree to these terms.
1. What you may do
- Install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for personal or commercial work.
- Publish, sell and monetize the videos you make with it. The Software claims no rights in your videos.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, share, sell, rent or redistribute the Software, except by pointing people to the official download page.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Remove or change any copyright or license notices.
- Use the Software to break the law or the terms of the services it connects to.
3. Your keys, your footage, your responsibility
- You connect your own accounts and API keys (stock footage libraries, AI providers). Their terms apply to your use of them.
- Stock footage, photos and audio remain the property of their creators. The Software only selects sources that allow commercial use and writes their credits to
CREDITS.txt, but you are responsible for checking licenses and following the rules of the platforms where you publish (for example YouTube).
4. Updates and changes
The Software may check for and install updates. Future versions may be offered on different terms, including paid plans. Versions you already installed keep working under the terms they came with.
5. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
7. Third-party components
The Software includes or downloads open-source components that remain under their own licenses. The list and license texts are in the app under Help → Licenses.
